Description

Legacy Hotel and Residences is a premium-class condominium built in downtown Miami as a part of the Miami Worldcenter, a large-scale mixed-use complex. Royal Palm Companies, the developer of this new luxury condominium, has also recently completed the construction of the 58-story Paramount Miami Worldcenter tower.

The opening of the Legacy Hotel and Residences is scheduled for 2023.

Legacy Hotel and Residences Tower will include 255 hotel rooms and 278 residences of various layouts: from 35-square-meter studios to two-bedroom apartments of 90 square meters. Residences can be purchased at prices ranging from $300,000 to $500,000.

The highlight of Legacy Hotel and Residences will be the original semicircular roof with a shining spire. Lounge area at the top of the skyscraper and terraces located several floors below will provide panoramic views of downtown Miami, major attractions and Biscayne Bay.

Another unique feature of the complex will also be the largest pool in the center of Miami with an area of 1 acre, or 4046 square meters. Under the glass slope of the roof a two-story atrium will find its place. The tower will also be equipped with an international business zone, which will be the first business project of this class in Miami condominiums.

Among other distinctive features of Legacy Hotel and Residences there is a large medical center, which will be built on 4645 square meters and equipped with ultramodern equipment. Residents of the condominium will be able to use the services of specialists from the best medical institutions in Miami.

The condominium's architect is the famous Kobi Karp, founder of Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, which has accounted for buildings such as Palazzo del Sol on Fisher Island, Chateau Beach in Sunny Isles, La Gorce Circle in Miami Beach, as well as houses for Barry Sternlicht and NBA star Juvan Howard.

The interior design will be created by Iddi Design, a South Florida company that worked on the interiors of Paramount Miami Worldcenter, and also created stunning room designs for Paramount Condo Tower in Fort Lauderdale, Cameron Estates in West Palm Beach and Altman Companies Altis in Orlando.
